Dr. Peter Jindra specializes in Transplant Diagnostic Testing and is a Laboratory Director in the Immune Evaluation Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine Houston TX.   He is certified by the American Board of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics. His research interests include the role of anti-HLA antibodies in transplant rejection, the utility of virutal crossmatch in clinical decision making, the effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms on bone marrow transplant outcomes, the expression and function of microRNA in lymphocytes and murine models of transplantation.
