    Satisfactory Completion
    Learners must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. If you are seeking continuing education credits for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.

    Physicians / Nurses
    In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and The Transplantation Society. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

    Credit Designation Statement – Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians and 25 credits contact hours for nurses.

    NOTE to Pharmacists: The only official Statement of Credit is the one you pull from CPE Monitor. You must request your certificate within 30 days of the activity to meet the deadline for submission to CPE Monitor.

    Each participant can only receive the number of credits they are entitled to according to their actual participation at the event once they have completed the feedback form.

    In order to help you issue individual certificates to each participants, please find below the breakdown of credits per day:

    May 4: Pre-Congress Symposium: 4.25 Credits
    Congress: 2 Credits
    May 5: 7.5 Credits
    May 6: 4.5 Credits
    May 7: 6.75 Credits

    How to Get Your Certificate:
    1. Go to http://tts.cmecertificateonline.com
    2. Click on the “IPTA 2019 Congress” link
    3. Evaluate the meeting
    4. Print all pages of your certificate for your records.
