Robin Deliva (PT, BScPT, MSc) is a physiotherapist and has worked with the Labatt Family Heart Centre and the SickKids Transplant and Regenerative Medicine Centre since 2000 in the areas of heart and lung transplant. Her clinical and research interests include neurodevelopmental outcomes and long-term health and fitness in pediatric transplant recipients. She has been actively involved in professional transplant associations and interest groups, including the Canadian Society of Transplantation, CAN-RESTORE (The Canadian Network for Rehabilitation and Exercise for Solid Organ Transplant Optimal Recovery) and IPTA. She is the current chair of the Pediatric Subcommittee for CAN-RESTORE. Through her work, she hopes the improve the health and wellness of pediatric transplant candidates and recipients, helping them to have a better and longer quality of life.
